My lovely lovely husband got me champagne breakfast in bed for our wedding anniversary.

Here’s a heartwarming little Tweet. Unless of course, you are a Wythenshawe ratepayer. The local residents who pay this councilors expenses, over £600 a week, cannot in the main afford breakfast, never mind one of the champagne variety .

Reading this tweet must restore their faith in the system, hard working Councilors must be rewarded, especially those who represent one of the most socially deprived area’s in the north of England.

A message for the ratepayers, Co Op Cava can be bought with a provident cheque.
